Having problems loading a Set

Hello I am having problem ableton live. I am using 8.2.1 on a Mac. When loading a sets it takes forever it takes a while to load clips once thats done it starts bufferings samples.Its 20mins and still buffering.
I have look all over the forums and could not get any help
