Need Help With Setup

I have just purchased an M-Audio 61es keyboard controller. With it came Live Lite software. I want to play midi files from my laptop computer to a midi controlled pipe organ. I have been using Yamaha UX-16 quite successfully to play the midi files to the pipe organ prior to installing Live Lite software.
Am I able to do this with Live Lite? I've tried setting up midi output to the UX-16 but the midi files are not being played on the pipe organ.
Anyone have any suggestions on things I could check or suggestions on how to setup Live Lite to play midi files from laptop to midi decoder in the pipe organ?
