Ableton Forum

So I've got a full live-act on a ableton 7 project, full of audios midi mappings..
Is it safe to move to version 8? I'm a bit afraid that it will mess around with the project, especially mappings and clips..

why not save it in 7, and put it into 8, and see what happens?
