I have a Maudio ProjectMix I/O Control Surfaces. I installed driver from CD. I change sample rate in device`s options 44 => 48. When I start Ableton Live 8 sample rate changes 44 and I can`t change 48. In other DAW (Cubase) I can do it. I need to make music in 48 sample rate or higher in Live but I can`t.
My OS is Windows XP SP3 32 bit.
I hope you can help me in my problem.

did you try to change sample rate in preferences/audio menu ? switch that first and then your maudio card will lock in whatever sample rate you require.

Yes I tryed but I cant change it in preferences.Allways 44!

get the latest driver from their web site. the one on CD is likely to be outdated.

it'll be fine to work at 48kHz too.

I think it`s system problem `couse i downloaded latest driver from M-Audio web side and it wasn`t help.I`m going to reinstall Windows XP 32 whithout any sound support.
May be someone else have the same problem whith Live and Maudio ProjectMix I/O?

While it would be nice to have the option to change it in Live, unless you are doing audio for DV / video, you should just work at 44.1 kHz anyway.
