Dont really know of any in mind, if you find your hitting a brick wall with things try just hitting random youtube maybe.

Sorry cant help much but i can tell you how learnt sound design, first thing to do is find a BASIC synth nothing with too much going on and once you get to grips with the differnce between example your amp env, attack, decay, sustain & release you can start to in your mind put together a picture of what sound you looking for i.e. bass shorter sustain and decay with little or no release or a pad is long attack with a long sustain and decay and release to whenever you want the string/pad to drop and fade out etc.

Sorry you probably know these kind of things but thats where i built from doing that, infact i spent 4 years making entire songs from kick drum up on sylenth1, thats amazing synth to learn on imo.

Search for Sound On sound synthesis tutorials articles, they were published like abot 5 years and cover all the basics of substractive and FM, and then they are ones dedicated to synthetize specific sounds.
