URGENT! AKAI APC 40 : Midi Mapping (DJ SET)

Hi everybody!
I don't like to use that "urgent" word in topics, so I hope you won't mind but I got a really annoying problem that I need to get solved asap...
I am doing a hybrid between a DJ set and a Live Act, using the 2 first tracks of my ableton set for the 2 decks (and the other tracks for the live stuff) ...
I decided to map the EQs of these 2 decks to the AKAI APC 40 "Pan" feature (which I am not gonna use for anything else) : I got the buttons 1 , 2 and 3 for the EQ of the Deck A (Low, Med, Hi) and buttons 5 6 and 7 for the EQ of the Deck B (Low, Med, Hi) ...
My problem is that when I switch from the "Pan" feature to the "Sends" feature (as example) then come back to the "Pan" feature to work on the EQs, the APC 40 buttons are "reset" ... When I switch from Send to Pan, all the APC 40 buttons are back to "0" which mean they simply cut the frequencies instead of staying at the frequencies I put them before... I want them to keep their positions of course...
Once you bounce over to a send then return to pan the position of the EQ is no longer recalled so it automatically cuts the sound because the far left position on the knob is the default position. Using the device control it will recognize the position of the live device on the midi surface, but like I said, you can't manipulate both channels at the same time.
Sorry for my bad english, I hope you guys will understand what I mean...
Thank you so much for your help!
