APC40/MBOX PRO Setup help

So I just got everything up and running. And until I installed PT9 I wasn't having any issues with the system. Now when I open Ableton I can't get it to recognize the APC40 controller. I have tried messing around with the settings to no avail. The Midi Controller options only give me the following for both input and output:
None
Pro Tools Mbox External
Pro Tools Mbox Internal
Am I missing something?
My computers the following
Rain Solstice Qaud Core 2.8Ghz processing, 16GB Ram, ATI Radeon 5450. And really just have the APC40 and the MboxPro (3rd Gen) connected. Anyone else have these issues? I have been using PT for ages but only just recently started diving into Ableton. I went through the lessons and all that and still nothing. Any and all info welcome. I also downloaded ASIO4ALL just in case.
