Find the original set in the browser and you can drag the whole thing into your new set. Otherwise, click the little triangle to expand it, and then drag over whichever tracks you want

In Live's browser, search for the live set you wish to take audio (or midi, or full channel strips) from and drag/drop into the live set you are in.

EDIT: Oh and click on the arrow on the left of folders to expand them rather than double-clicking on them.

thanks but just to make sure.
If I want to move multiple samples or say tracks as a bunch or bundle how can I move them? The same way as you mention? although then they will only be in the library and not on the set. Hope I do not sound too confusing:)

Yes. Just browse for the .als in question and expand by clicking on the arrow. You will then see all track strips. You can drag these in if you want. If you only want a single clip, expand the track and just drag in what you want.

And we are not talking about the library at all. It is the actual .als you have saved - maybe you save this in your Library, I don't know. I personally don't.
