help with mpd 32

i got an akai mpd32 and im trying to map one of the knobs but when it ends up mapping to all of the knobs and sliders. its really frustrating cause im trying to have the knobs doing different things. i only twist the individual knob when im in midi mapping mode so i dont know whats going on.
