private ableton support/ how to diasble the auto bug report

Hi I am looking to see if anybody knows of any company that does private support for Ableton that I can pay for. I actually asked them if I could purchase peer incident report and they do not offer it I have tried Obedia with mixed results. I am not saying anything bad about Obedia or ableton.
Also because ableton crashes alot I would like to disable the bug report if possible. Ableton has never responded to any of my crashes/bug reports anyway. It seams to takes a long awhile to genereate the report and it interferes with the creativity process.
I would prefer the support be in the US. Ableton support I believe is still only 4 hours a day 5 days a week in the eastern time zone. Not very accesible for most....
