moving midi track then crash

-when moving a MIDI track up or down sometimes Ableton will crash (have a serious error)

which operating system do you use and on which computer hardware?
Would be nice if you could try if you get this crash also with the latest beta version of Live 4.1.1: http://www.ableton.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17121
