How to use FX in a Live Performance..??

Hi there,
I was wondering..
Let's say I've made a song and every 16th bar I use some kind of reverbed/delayed effect.
But as used often in house/techno this effect starts at the end of the 16th bar and echoes throughout the 17th/18th bar because of the reverb/delay.
Now If I want to use this track in a live performance, I cut this track into pieces of 16 bars.
So let's say I have:
Intro (bar 1 to 16) Where this effect start at the end of the 16th bar
1st Main part (bar to 32) Where this effect echoes throughout for bar 17 maybe until 18..
Break (33 ...) Where this effect started again at 32 and echoes throught 33/34..
Now I put these part as audio clips into session view so I can launch them when I want and arrange the song how I want..
But then all these kind of reverb/delayed effect that overlap will only be played until the end of that particular clip..
I hope that's a bit clear.
How do you fix this problem when performing live?
