move breakpoint horizontally while maintaining vert position

Is it possible to move a breakpoint left or right, while maintaining its vertical position?
for example - if I have a breakpoint at a value of 2.6, is there a command that let's me move the breakpoint left or right without the possibility of losing my vertical position? thanks
