Ableton Live 8.2.6 problems!!!

Hey, I've been trying to get a response from Ableton on this problem but they have terrible costumer service. Not impressed!
I upgraded my Ableton to 8.2.6 and now I can't use any of the samples or audio effects under the "Live Devices" tab.
I used to be able to drag/double click those samples and be able to use them. Now when I try to drag them into a midi track it won't let me??
I'm pretty confused here. If I can't use all the audio effects and samples under the "Live tab", Ableton is pretty much useless to me right now.
