I would like to know from those who bought iPad and find it a bad decidion, why.

There are products good on paper, whose downfalls you discover after the purchase.

This thread is an invitation to share user experience, with no moaning or ranting, or JobsGates stuff.

How about sharing some of the downfall's you have come across so others can understand what you mean?

I am thinking of buying an ipad. It is a strongly hyped product. Why it proved no good for someone might provide the second side of the coin. I have read on the net about some issues, like 1) inability to update to ios4.3dev from a windows machine, 2) loss of multitouch functionality on ipad1 in IOS5, 3) limitations on the content imposed by the producer, like apps only from AppsStore, no Flash.
Wanna hear Ableton user experience.
