Ableton Forum

Hi,
i'd like to know if anyone successfully buyed this on beatport.
I buyed it a few days ago, but instead of getting a zip file with the ableton project like advised,
i got as download just an mp3 of 70~ mb of moguai liveset.
Of course i buyed it just because of the live project, i was not interested to the liveset itself.
I already sent 2 mails to beatport support because i think i did everything right
and probably they put a wrong link, but i did not even get a reply.
Anyone experienced this kind of problems on beatport?
As it was 15$ i'd like to get the real file or a refund.

Just had the same thing happen to me man, I went with the wav option and still got screwed. Way to go beatport!

I bought it ages ago and got the real thing... So it exists!

Beatport are being really slow answering emails at the moment, but eventually someone will get back to you. They also don't seem have a forum, which I think is rediculous for such a large site that brings together like minded people!

......make your own and set and sell it for 15 bucks and you are safe!

Yep, they're far from on it, helpful or timely...basically, 'if you can't fix it at your end we're not going to waste our time figuring it out, here's your money back'.
