1100t, whats the max OC on air?

Hey guys, havent been around these parts in a while.
So Im finally thinking of throwing a new CPU in to this thing, or rather my wife will finally let me upgrade it for christmas (lol), and Im thinking of thorwing the 1100t in there but only have air cooling so I wanted to know just how far I could push it on air?
My mobo is the MSI 790-FXGD70, althought Im kind of annoying with MSI right now, they recently released bios updates to allow you to use the new AM3+ cpu's with older sockets but for some (likely dishonest) reason they did not include this board, so if you own this board please feel free to write them and show your disappointment in their poor decision.
Anyways, Ive thought about getting liquid cooling in here but I just cant justify the crazy price tags the put on the water kits, my HSF right now is the CM Hyper 212 in push/pull.
