Just saw the new gc flyer and they have special finish APCs for $299. Not on the online store yet it looks like.

Yeah saw them last week. I still prefer the black one. Maybe because all my gears are black, and blue doesn't go well with them.

It doesn't look blue itself as much as it looks like a black one had its picture taken with a really bright blue light on it

Yeah, that's not it. Definitely a very noticeable blue.

Why not red? I almost bought one of those CMI controllers for that reason alone.

GC had a bunch of different gear in that blue listed as a special color, they're going through a Picasso phase or something.

I never saw the appeal of the APC40 until now!
