Export Midi through channel 10 - help needed!

How do you export a drum midi clip using channel 10 only? I'm trying to import to Guitar Pro 6 to utilise its drum tab.

I've tried bouncing the original track to another midi track, which has just channel 10 as its input, and channel 10 on the midi device as its output. Then I export that midi clip. It exports OK but not as channel 10 (as far as I can make out) as it won't import or copy to a drum track in GP6. It still thinks it's piano.

This is very frustrating. Hope you can help.
