Anyone got any tips to maybe set an Auto Gain function in Ableton that would work for Live Performance benefits?

If I understand you correctly, do a search for Smart Mixer and select search Topic heading. There's some great sets, signal flow instruction, as well as an attempt at a native rack floating around. Due to the track count dedicated to this process, the fact that I don't own reaktor, and the subjective results with the native racks, I'm holding out for MAX for Live until some of us put our heads together with a patcher.
