cannot locate groove library

I've recently upgraded to Ableton 8.0. I'm trying to apply some swing to my hi hats but am unable to locate my groove templates. My "grooves" folder is empty. How can I install these?
Also, all my live devices just say "current project" within each folder. I'm just wondering why all my live devices such as audio effects have not installed?
Not sure if I did something wrong upon installation of 8.0?
