It would be great if there is this feature and I just don't know it...

Can I copy the follow actions only from one cell to another? That would make my life so much easier when writing and arranging as I build songs...

I don't believe you can, however what I think you can do is select multiple clips, and set the follow actions to what you want for all clips in the selection.
