Ableton freezes

When I'm in browser menu 1 - 3 Ableton freezes for a couple of min each time, happen quite often, speacilly when i'm makin changes in my music. why is this? I use a external harddrive for library and external sounds. But no problems to scan that true explorer.
Edit: When I turn of internet connection it unfreeze directley
