Ableton Forum

So me and a couple of my friends live very far from eachother but collaborate on Ableton a lot and I was wondering if anybody knew of a program (like skype or Team Viewer) that allows you to HEAR the other person's computer through your speakers, ( and not through a mic) this would help greatly in the collaboration process being that we are all on different sides of the US. We use skype to look at eachother's screens and communicate but we have to hear the other persons work through a mic or sending the product and it doesn't quite cut it.

if you're on mac you can use soundflower (free) and just route the output to the input of skype - I've done this

downside is skype is not intended for music and the speed can vary up and down depending on connection etc, but it can be useful
