help with apc 40 programming

Hi.
I have an apc 40 and I would like to change some of the custom knobs permanent. For example I like to change the pan buttons to send knobs in every track. If I could somehow remap it so i could choose what track I like to control.
I know that there is a lot written about this kind off subject but my request is specific.

Cool, Isotonik reprograms the Pan Bank in standard mode to take control of the 8 sends of the track in focus, the Send A bank can be locked onto the currently in focus device so you can have two sets of Device Control Encoders... Oh and then theres 8 further user configuarable banks and tons of other stuff as well....

You can use as much or as little as you'd like, Shift and Clip Track Button takes you to standard mode for the encoders but brings the sends into the Pan Bank....
