Hi everyone,
I have recorded a track for one of my friends and occasionally, she got too close to the mic so the sounds distorts on the audio track.
Is there a way that I can correct this without re-recording the track?
Many thanks!

there are several restauration suites out there. The one I remember is made by iZotope. It has an declipping-algorythm.

Thank you for the advice Der_Makrophag.
Just wondering if there was a way to do this within Abelton Live so I don't have to change between programs. The other reason is that the software you suggested does not allow you to save if using the trial version.

No it wont be possible in live.
Maybe there is a freeware software that does the trick. Just search for a "declipper". If you find one, post it here, please.
