Ok everyone, I just joined the forum here and wanted to post the track I made. This is the first thing I've ever done. Let me know what you's think.

Big ups for your first try, I dig that melody a lot. There are some mixing issues, and in my opinion that breakdown in the middle is a bit cheesy at the start, just that repeating up and down chord pattern, but I super dig the half step rythym! Overall nice work, keep it up.

I was just trying to keep it simple and not get into any buildups yet, considering I dont even know how to do them lol.

Id like to get some takes on how I'd transition better into the break at 1:55, maybe keep the volume consistent just fade it in over another pattern?
