Ableton Forum

1) I changed the meter from measure 9 (7/8) to 10 (4/4). It looks fine on the arrangement window, but when I go to edit midi in the clips view measure 9 is in 4/4. Why doesn't the clip window register the global time signature change?
2) Is there a way to select a mass of MIDI notes and SET all to a single duration?
