New Ableton product - Live Warp

Live Warp - a standalone product that allows you to beatmap a track (as in Acid) but warp the beat markers (as in Live). However, Live Warp automatically (at the press of a button) timestretches the portions between beatmarkers so that they are all exactly the same length. Save the track as a Wav to use with other software (such as Traktor)
Pardon me if such a product exists already but I would purchase Live Warp instantly, if it were available (+/- US$100 maybe?)

@ Milkmansound
Guess I'm just postponing the inevitable - purchasing Live 4
@ smutek
Are you still using Traktor?
@ starving student

I find this post very inspiring... We also need:
Live Loop - a stand alone product that allows you to loop the samples you warped in Live Warp.
Live Record - a stand alone product that allows you to record sounds that can later on be warped in Live Warp and looped in Live Loop
and Live sync - a stand alone product that allows you to syncronise Live Warp, Live Loop and Live record.
