Session view clip/scene count-in

As of right now the clips and scenes I've created in session view start playing the minute I press play (so I have to make sure everything is timed properly), whereas the preloaded clips and live sets automatically wait to play in time.
What am I missing/doing wrong here?

check the default launch quanitization setting in preferences. if it is set to global, clips will be launched according to the global quantization setting. Individual clips can have their own launch quantization set in the clipbox.

That was the problem. Both of these settings needed adjusted. Thank you!
