Midi over lan CP and Live

Is any one out there using Midi Over Lan CP with LIve. I bought Midi Over LAN CP the other day. The purpose is to sync a MAC G4 and a PC Laptop with a very accurate midi connection. I use Live as my host sequencer on both machines. The reason why MOLCP appealed to me is so I dont have to connect with midi cables. I use the Echo Indigo Sound card on both laptops to minimize what I have to set up when I perform live with live and consequently I dont have midi ins and outs on my computers. Thus since I have a wireless network in my home and can simple take a switch with me when I perform this seemed to be the way. Moreover, I have never seen a USB to USB midi interface or fire to fire for that matter.
I have had nothing but problems with this set up. When I do get it working the sync is terrible and some times it does not work at all. I have to reset the settings and reboot to get thngs working generally. I have done some research and people seem to love it and supposedly its better than a hardware midi sync as far as timing goes. Does any one know how to get this thing working correctly with Ableton 4? Or is anyone using MOLCP effectivley with any music software in unison with Live 4?
