Group Midi Clips

Say I have a group of a number of different synths, each playing the same midi notes, is it possible to have a 'group midi clip' where all of the synths in that group play from that same midi clip so that if I make a change to one track's midi, I don't have to go through all of the tracks in that group and edit each tracks individual midi clip?

Hopefully that makes sense :lol:

Hallo,

there aren“t any "group midi clips" in live, but there is a workaround to play different synths with one midi clip.

Check (I/O) is active ( Strg + Alt + I / Mac + Alt + I )

Create a "Midi Track" (1 MiDI*) -> play your notes

Create a second "Midi Track" (2 MIDI*) -> (Midi From) -> (1 MIDI*) -> (Post Mixer) or else if you want other "through" routings.

Create a third "Midi Track" (3 Midi*) -> (Midi From) -> (1 Midi*) -> ...

Create...

Check (Monitor) -> (In) or (ARM) is active

(*Track Name)
