Problem with samples going offline immediately!

Hello, my name is Devon. I recently felt like my files were getting out of control in Ableton live 7, so I started organizing things and putting similar files in matching folders. Now every time I record any samples or audio, when i save the project and als file, and re-open it later, (even immediately after) every sample I recorded is offline and missing. When I try to find the files and replace them everything gets screwed up and it puts the wrong samples in their place. It's now to the point where I can't create anything new because the minute I save and close the program, the samples are offline and Live 7 cant find them upon opening. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
