Would be nice to hear some experiences from the early updaters.

And the first beta of 8.2.8 the very same day!

Fixed a bug that prevented setting the start marker of an audio clip before the sample start.

Yeah, with a whopping great ONE bug fixed. Whoo!

I'm glad to see progress still - huge improvement compared to the languishing Logic 7->8 quagmire... where known issues where actively ignored for 4 years.

Would be nice to know the 'other 3 bugfixes' mentioned.

- Fixed a crash which occurred when importing a Drum Rack with a routing to a return track.

This is good! I wonder if it's related to any of the other DrumRack routing issues, I sent in a lot of crash reports a few months ago.

Downloaded 8.2.7 but last stable version for me has been 8.2 so actually am not inclined to try this update....

No problems here!! nice one Ableton! To be honest been rock solid for me on OSX since 8.1.4 onwards! Love Live 8 big time!

Constantly crashing over here - gave up after 10 crashes in the span of 10 minutes. Sticking to 8.2.6 for the time being.

It's so weird, sometimes I will download a new version and it will be solid, and I go on the forums and people are saying how much it's crashing. Other times I download the latest and it's crashing right away and people on the forum are saying it's the best version yet.

Granted there are a lot of variables between different users, but DANG.

So far so good on the latest version though.

Yeah I think the only way you can expect some degree of consistency is if you would compare two user's experience on the same OS without any use of 3rd party plugins.
