Anyone Using Ableton with NO Latency for external sources

Is there anyone out there recording live into ableton without latency? If so what is you setup? (Computer, CPU, Sound card, Inputs etc..)
Very frustrating, back to back against CW Sonar 0 latency and Ableton 279 MS Latency. What the heck is all the drag on this program?
