Live 8.2.8b1 can't edit samples in WaveLab Elements 7

I have set the path for WaveLab Elements 7 under Live "Preferences". If I try to edit a sample, WaveLab will show up but not the sample. So using "Edit" doesn't work properly. In previous beta versions it worked fine.

I am having the same problem with Goldwave. Opens without audio showing.

I just got around to installing 8.2.8 and I'm now having problems editing samples in Adobe Audition. It worked fine in the older version I had (8.2.1 I think?) but now whenever I try to launch Audition from within Live it just hangs while trying to load the audio.
Is anyone else still having problems with an external editor?

It´s the same here on 8.2.8
Neither Wavelab 6 LE nor Audacity works.
It Loads up the App but could´nt find the Sample and wont load it.
Even saving the File and trying to "Edit" it wont help.
This Bug means SHIT to ME - Aaaahhrgghhh

I contacted Ableton support about this and they confirmed that it is a bug and are working on it. They said that 8.2.7 should work in the meantime but I haven't tried it myself.
