Help: Automation track menus keep disappearing in arr. view

Hi,
It keeps happening that the dropdown menus that opens up each tracks automation parameters in arrangement view disappears if i click on the wrong thing, leaving me with only the track on/off, volume, panning.
does anyone know how to get the full menus back?

The Sub track has a normal dropdown menu. Able to select all plugins etc and then their parameters.

What did i do to make this happen? (it happens to me all the time)
How can I get me feckin plugin automation menu back?

Fixed.
The track had to be dragged out to make it wide enough for the extra menus.
Simple really.
