Cant hear out of headphones using my firestudio in ableton

Hi i have already installed the installer disk and can hear audio coming out of my monitors but when i go to track vocals i cant hear anything coming out of the built in headphone jack on the frirestudio mobile. The way im setting it up right now in ableton is preferences/audio/presonuse firestudio(10 in,6 out) Obviously i'm doing something wrong but i would greatly appreciate it if someone can point me in the right direction to be able to use the firestudio mobile with live 8. I have already registered and installed both the presonuse installer disk and studio one artist disk. I read and followed along up to page 23 of the owner's manual but began to think this was unnecessary considering im going to be using ableton. agian if anyone can point me in the right direction i would greatly appreciate it.

it's probably because you haven't set the master track's output to the headphone out on the firestudio.
