Argh.... I know I'm just missing something really obvious - but there are now several tracks in my project in which I can edit the Midi notes. I haven't frozen the tracks - so what is going on?

The midi clip looks like this:



(ie. no piano roll, cant select and move individual notes)

err....anyone?!

You're editing an envelope. Click on the notes frame and you're back. Or deactivate the envelope frame by clicking the 'E'-button on the bottom of the clip frame.

Wow, I'd never have expected that a two year old thread with the image referred to no longer available would be of much help to anyone.

Praise the search function, or Google, and your own abilty to ask them the right questions.

Thanks, just what I was looking for.

I've been using Logic Pro X for all of my tracks over the last couple of years, and a few things like this have thrown me.
