Saw that the other day, looks great, I can't wait. Glad to see it's getting a reboot and not using the Alien name too.

I'm excited, but also worried as everything Ridley Scott's done since Legend has been pretty ceck.

If there's any time for redemption, this is the one. Looking forward to it.

So using the name Alien would be like going to see an electronica artist using their production name when they're only doing a DJ set. PISSES. ME. OFF. But it gets more people in the door than if they DJed under Chad Phillips.

At least they didn't call it Prealien, or iAlien Beginnings.

Hmm.

Depends on what alien we're talking about...lol. Clearly the Space Jockey is part of the storyline and he's an alien.

Facehuggers/Eggs are also part of the storyline...so the alien is there, just not in the final form.

Or so Ridley keeps telling people.

Charlize Therons character will end up being Ripley's mommy.
Or that cute brunette archaeological/scientist/warrior chick.

I went to check out the trailer but it told me I have to install QuickTime. I'm on a Mac FFS. I can't even check my email without it firing up QuickTime in the background. I did a system update check and there's nothing related to QuickTime. FFS.

Trailer is pure awesome. So excited.
