MIDI Keyboard plays, doesn't play, and acts weird...

I have an M-Audio Keystation 49e connected via Saffire Pro 14 to Live 8. It has worked fine for several years with no problems in Live 6 and Live 8. I have fiddled around with mapping and somehow screwed it up.

Notes from G2 trhu A3 work fine. Notes below and above produce no sound.

When the notes work - the "MIDI" light blinks:

When the notes do not work the "Key" light blinks:

Additionally, when I play F4 on the keyboard, it toggles the "Live devices" sidebar open/closed. And playing D4 toggles the arrangement/session view!!

It seemed obvious that I had accidentally programmed some oddball mappings, but checking both Key and MIDI mappings shows nothing to erase:

How can I reset, reconfigure or erase this MIDI map?

Do you have it set as a Control Surface in midi preferences if so, you may either want that off, or if you need it, change the midi channel of your keys? Are you running any software that would hijack your keyboard and make it send different commands?

yur2die4: That was the problem!

I had set MIDI for a Mackie Controller/BCF2000. Which brings up the question, how can I run my BCF and my keyboard simultaneously? - but that will have to be another post!

Thanks for the help!
