i am guessing this only works in max for live and this controller? i don't need to spend more money on a controller but oh well..

It certainly looks the part... holy moly.
I do wish that they came with the same slider caps that AKAI and others use... but alas, that's the only thing I can bitch about here.

I thought it was missing velocity/aftertouch style drum pads. But nevertheless, pretty awesome

yeah, I don't think livid really has that technology at all at this time? It's a tiny TINY company.
I love that they integrated some of the CODE knobs in the center there, but I would have loved for all of the knobs to have the LED ribbon in them.
