hello all!

first a word to the moderator: i know its the wrong board. but because the chance for somebody from den haag reading this post is much higher when i do post in this board, i post this message here and not in the lounge. please leave it here jsut for today, tomorrow the post could be deleted anyway. thank u.

a friend of mine studying in den haag has a big problem. he lost his flat today and does not have a sleeping place. he cannot come to berlin today because there is no bus going this evening and he has no money for a train. that is why he needs somebody to sleep at just for this night.

he is a nice guy, born and raised in berlin, studying european studies in den haag. speaking german, english, dutch and japanese.

i hope someone of YOU can help!

so please, if somebody from den haag coming home drunk at this moment and has a couch someone could sleep on, tell me!

his name is niko, he is 25 years old and he is a calm person (what is because he had a very sad childhood). it is just for this night so he can get the bus to berlin tomorrow.

thanks for your help, drunken stranger. i am at home. this guy is at the bus station, but i didnt know its open all night, so it looks like he has to stay there this night. i cannot get him on the phone now anyway but its good to know hes not forced to sleep in the cold.

Wait, what does his childhood have to do with anything? Does he also wire Nigerian monies?

Are there no motels/hostels/hotels/rooms in the city? Can't he just overdraw some money? I've heard Netherlands is a civilized country with civilized people. If he doesn't look like a hobo, don't you think he could strike a deal off with some hostel?

yeah..but it's obvious he's trying to avoid having the same harsh experiences..
and sleep in a nice place before he gets on his way..
...I'd spend the night on the bench..but that's me..
but I don't believe I'll be getting a lot of good quality dreams..
if you'd ask me if I like it..I'd say..not so much...

point is..telling somebody to sleep outside when they're asking for a decent roof for the night isn't nice
