Arrangement Position skipping time.

I've been trying to get together a new DJ Mix for the past hour or so. While I'm practicing it I notice that somehow the songs are not matching properly. Then I see that the Arrangement Position (or Global BPM) will count through 4 beats, then start skipping and start on another number randomly. If anyone knows what I could do to fix it, or help in any kind of way It'd be greatly appreciated. I have Ableton Live Lite 8 if it helps the matter at all. Thanks a lot!

Are you running on battery power? I've had similar oddities with an almost empty battery.

I believe my battery charger was plugged in. It's odd, like it will cycle around a tiny bit behind or ahead of the beat, which really throws off the start of the next song. I dont know what it could be. I just rebooted my whole computer so I've got nothing but space and I'm not running any heavy programs besides Ableton so it couldn't be the memory. It's aggrevating as hell hah.

Are you sure that you have the tracks warped properly? Also, some artists don't always make their tracks perfectly symmetrical. They might add or remove 8th notes etc. at their discretion to play with people's perception of time.
I'd suggest adding a new audio track, and playing a short 2 or 4 bar loop all the way through. That is guaranteed to stay on beat. If you turn the metronome on and that loop is on but the track is off, then it is probably one of the issues suggested.
If the loop eventually strays off, then your Ableton Live program is broken (pretty damn near improbable)
Make Sure it is a perfect 2 or 4 bar loop that plays along to the metronome.
