iElectribe and Kork iMS-20

I am looking for something that could learn how to play my own tracks in a sequencer? Do they both have the same amount of preset sounds and flexibility to modify the preset sounds?

the sound of the iElectribe can't compare to the hardware as the hardware has tubes in it.

Ok let me try again, I want to learn how to play a song only one piece of equipment like a sequencer
I figured since electrics and korg have the iPad apps that replicate the hardware it may be a good learning tool
So wanted to know which sounds better and has more options and would be better to learn on

The iElectribe is basically just a rhythm box/drum machine. The iMS-20 is designed to be an all-in-one (sort of) electronic music software.
So to answer your question the iMS-20 is more oriented to what you are asking for. The iElectribe really shines when it is paired up with some other sort of sound maker like a synth.
