Importing Your Set To A Wave/Mp3/Aiff/uhhhh or whatever?

Hey guys I'm fairly new to Ableton Live and I got version 3.0 and I have possibly one of the most retarded questions out there. I was wondering if any of you can answer it for me..... I just put a few loops i made on Reason and rewired with Reason and my question is how would I import a wave file or Mp3 of my set? Thats pretty much it.. I know I know the embrassment *hangs his head in shame*

Just record directly your rewire tracks into live...
or export your audio from reason and drag it into live (only wav no mp3).
It's all in the manual... (pliz read it, it's worthy)

Yeah man beleive me when i say I tried that but my Manual doc file is all f**ked up and doesnt let me view it. Is there another way I can go ahead and get it online? Im sorry for my retarded questions forgive me lol

i believe only the Live 4 manual is online by itself, not version 3
do you have a printed manual? do you have 3.0.4 yet? you could get the 3.0.4 update from the downloads page which would include the manual.
