Problems with Session Drums files (missing media)

Hello,
I wanted to use the BritishVintage kit after installing it but when I tried to load it a red bar appeared at the bottom of my screen saying something like "missing media" although BritishVintageLite worked just fine.
I tried the Missing Media Files automatic search but it found "no candiates". About 29 files were missing for BritishVintage, it said.
I deleted the Kits from my Drum Rack list and tried to reinstall them from the DVD but it says I already have them.
So now I have no BritishVintage kits at all.
Any clue how to fix this? I could just re-install all of Ableton Live 8 suite if I have to but I am not sure how to back-up all the work I have done.
