real time tempo changing! need tips!

Hi everybody,
I'm new to the forum and a newbie ableton user.
I need to solve a problem about TEMPO changing during live showcases.
(first of all sorry for my not very well english!!)
Well, I already red manual sheets and lots of topics on this forum but I cannot find a way to solve my problem...
First of all is better I explane exactly what I do...
I'm a human beatboxer, working on stage with a turntablist, and we perform live our songs (edited and recorded by protools) by bouncing from protools the songs without the drums (that i will play live) and scratches ( that my dj will play live). So in few words, the clip I import in ableton is an instrumental without drumming and scratches.
No problem with this: all setting are working, foot midi controller to launch single clips working well, cue clik in may ear monitor working and expression pedals interacting with plug-ins properly... and I was happy of my work till I started thinking about mixing songs... and I started crazing!
So let's imagine to have SONG A playing at 70bpm and after SONG B at 125bpm...what exactly I need is to have a TEMPO change before SONG A finishes (imagine 1 or 2 bars before end) so that I can start listening in cue the new 125 bpm to be ready to change the drumming time, then launch in grid the SONG B whenever I need and make the mix happen!
Impossible to do I tought for few days so I engaged a friend to do "THE TEMPO GUY" on stage....and the main question is: is it possible that I also need to pay somebody to do "the tempo guy" to change manually the bpm and there is no way to have this simple stuff in automation?
But tonight reading better the manual I finally found the "bpm automation on MASTER" with the "raname to 90 bpm" and all the thing that everybody knows here.... so I thought it was the way to do it...I re-programmed the midi controller, I put the main tempo to 90 bpm and when I launched the SONG A (70 bpm) it automatically changed to 70 bpm... BELIEVE ME, never been so happy in my life as in that moment! So I did the same for SONG B (125 bpm)...
Well, I launched song A...I let it play for 1 minute, than I launched song B...and what's happened!??!?!
SONG B automatically changed the cue clik into 125 BPM but song A stopped atomatically!!!!
So please somebody help me, HOW CAN I DO ALL THIS but MIXING 2scenes, 2tracks or 2clips?
Maybe I need to check some setting or whatever...
If is it impossible to do I think that for me, for my kind of showcase ABLETON has a big big bug!
Thank you very much and hope somebody can help me!
Peace out
