Bad problem with session drums, please help

Hello,
I am trying to use the "Kit-BrightRoom-Stick" instrument. When I load it into a live set a red bar at the bottom of the screen appears and says "Media files are missing. Please click here to learn more." I click it and try the automatic repair and it cannot find the missing media files.
Can anyone help please? I tried uninstalling and re-installing Ableton Live Suite 8 and the problem persists. I tried re-installing the drum pack but it just says it is already installed.
