Sorry if this has been discussed previously, however is there a way to render a 1 hour mix right from ableton that is broken into desiganted tracks?

Use Split, export as separate files without using normalise. Burn in your software of choice using 0 sec gap.

My preference for this sort of thing is to export as one file, then use track markers in the CD burning app with 0 second gap.
